Terms & Conditions

All bookings require a credit card for confirmation, the card will not be charged until departure.

Account holders
Rooms will be invoiced upon the departure of guests and payment will be due 14 days from date of invoice. Any late payments will be subject to an 8% surcharge. This will be charged per month or part of month on all late payments.

General
Items taken from the rooms will be charged at replacement value, any damage to the rooms will be charged accordingly. The hotel has a no smoking policy as per the 2005 Smoking Act. Any guests found to have been smoking in the bedrooms will be subject to a £50 cleaning fee.
